H&R Cleaning Services, LLC began with humble beginnings in 2013. Making 500 + Cold Calls per day, Sending Hundreds of emails each day, Doing whatever it took to build a reputation and building a client base. We paved our way by taking the jobs nobody else wanted! Beginning providing apartment turn cleanings in the Gainesville FL area for our first 3 years, We worked with some of the most renowned Property Managers in the area, Cleaning in numerous properties simultaneously , working in  over 400 apartment units in a 8 day period. Between 2014-2015 we began  working with a local home builder  completing their construction cleanings in a community they were developing for the next 2 years. In the 2nd qtr. of 2015 from a cold call, we received our first opportunity at a multifamily project in the Jacksonville FL Area, The rest is history from that point on! We have been part of many multifamily and student housing projects, Hospitality, Medical Facilities, Schools and more. We have cleaned Millions upon Millions  in square footage for general contractors.
